What is collected

When you request a resource or join the list, we store your email address, your optional email-marketing choice, the requested resource, timestamps, and any campaign tags in the link you used. Resource requests do not automatically opt you into marketing emails. We do not sell this information.

Why it is collected

Your email is used to record resource requests. If you explicitly opt in, it may also be used for GeorgeTalk creative notes, resources, and project updates. Downloads are provided directly on the website; this site does not automatically send email.

Where it lives

Records are stored on the server hosting GeorgeTalk. If an email-delivery service is used in the future, opted-in addresses may be processed by that service to deliver the updates requested. This notice will be updated when those arrangements change.

Cookies and technical records

There are no advertising cookies or third-party analytics scripts in this release. A temporary, hashed network identifier is used to limit abusive submissions and is removed after its rate-limit window. The server or hosting provider may also keep operational access logs.

Unsubscribe or request deletion

Unsubscribing stops newsletter use; deleting your record removes the email and associated requests. Future marketing emails will include a personal unsubscribe link. For access, correction, or deletion requests, email vincentche100t@gmail.com.

Retention

Resource request history and records without newsletter consent are removed after 12 months during daily maintenance. Newsletter subscriptions remain until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Backups follow a separate retention schedule.
